So I guess the way to get over regret is actually write it out, or talk it over with someone. :) I'm over it. hahaha. I've also realized a certain trend to my feelings of guilt/regret - they happen to come about once a month or so...

Hmmm...I ought to look through my lengthy rants or tear jerker journal comments of years past & see if I detect a pattern. I am coming to the conclusion that hormones do play a role in all this--don't get how that is part of the plan. Maybe hormones = opposition in all things, eh?
